Yes. We operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment plants whether we built them or not. Our team has the expertise to take over O&M of any existing plant and bring it to optimal performance.
What is included in an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)?
Our AMC covers 24/7 management of treatment processes, analytical monitoring, chemical dosing calculations, preventive and corrective maintenance of all electromechanical equipment, staff management, and customized reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual).
What is the difference between Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive AMC?
A Comprehensive AMC covers all labor, spare parts, consumables, and repairs. A Non-Comprehensive AMC covers labor and routine maintenance only, with spare parts and major repairs billed separately. Both include 24/7 operational support.
What types of plants does Optima Water maintain?
We maintain all types of water and wastewater treatment plants including Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), RO systems, Softeners, UF systems, and ZLD plants.
What reporting does Optima Water provide under O&M contracts?
We provide customized customer reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis covering process performance, chemical consumption, equipment status, and treated water quality parameters.
